Supervision & Mentorship

I offer supervision to unlicensed social workers in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and District of Columbia. Virginia coming soon. My rates are set up to ensure supervision remains affordable to you. Supervision is set up to review the areas you will need to pass your licensing exam. All supervisees will be asked to prepare a guidebook (digital or hardcopy) that contains several areas of competence. It is my goal to ensure all supervisees are competent and confident with evidence-based psychotherapy, risk assessment, cultural humility, policy practice, and advocacy for social justice.

Hourly rates for licensees are as follows (these rates are based on cost of living)

1. Pennsylvania: $75

2. Delaware: $85

3. Maryland/DC: $100

Supervision will additionally involve building clinical skills for working with children, adolescents, adults and older adults, a comprehensive understanding of navigating ethics, engaging in suicide prevention and any additional subject areas the supervisee would like to focus attention.

If you are seeking group supervision in addition to individual supervision and I do not currently have a group I can add you to, you can bring two additional supervisees to my practice and I can create a group for you. I cap group participation at 5 members to ensure the learning environtment remains accessible and optimal for all participants.
